How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the country.
Can I return a product if the seal is broken?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and have the original outer seal intact.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a unique tracking ID and a link to our courier partner's tracking portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
How can I verify the authenticity of my Nakpro product?
Every Nakpro product comes with a unique scratch code on the packaging. You can verify this code on our official website to ensure you have received a 100% genuine product.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the domestic borders. We are working on expanding our logistics to serve our international customers soon.
